We run our mobile PWHT field service as a three-stage process discipline covering the whole application in welded fabrication projects: planning to specification, controlled on-site application and traceable reporting.
Correct Planning
The heat treatment process is planned before application, in line with the requirements of the project specification; the service model is shaped around short or long-term project structures and customer needs.
Controlled On-Site Application
The application is carried out by our experienced field crews, with a discipline of controlled heating and homogeneous heat distribution.
Traceable Reporting
The entire process is documented; results are delivered with traceable reporting compliant with the project specification.
